When using PreOp Pro with clinical data:

  • You are responsible for ensuring any patient data uploaded is properly de-identified per HIPAA requirements
  • You must comply with your institution's IRB and data governance policies

Paid subscriptions provide access to advanced simulation features, expanded clinical data, and team collaboration tools.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its simulation algorithms, AI models, user interface designs, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of PreOp Pro. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service or its components without written permission. User-generated content (simulation configurations, clinical notes, training materials) remains the property of the user.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, including but not limited to: misuse of clinical data, impersonation, unauthorized access, or excessive API usage. Upon account termination, your simulation data, team memberships, and associated records will be deactivated. You may request an export of your data before termination.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

  • Clinical data, complication rates, and simulation outcomes are provided for educational and planning purposes and may not reflect individual patient circumstances
  • AI-generated recommendations are based on published literature and statistical models, and may not account for all clinical variables

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you to PreOp Pro in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which PreOp Pro operates.
