By using PreOp Pro (the "Service"), including the website, dashboard, desktop and mobile applications, APIs, and all related tools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PreOp Pro is an AI-powered multi-agent hospital and surgical simulation platform for medical education and clinical decision support. The Service includes:
You will use the Service in compliance with applicable law, including HIPAA, medical data privacy regulations, and institutional review requirements. You will not:
You may sign up with email and password or via supported third-party sign-in (e.g. Google). You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
Account access and permissions are assigned based on your subscription tier and institutional affiliation. You may not share account credentials with other individuals.
PreOp Pro is designed for medical education, training, and preoperative planning support. It is not a medical device and is not intended to replace clinical judgment by qualified healthcare professionals. Simulation outputs, complication rate estimates, and AI-generated recommendations should always be validated against current clinical guidelines and institutional protocols before application to patient care.
When using PreOp Pro with clinical data:
We do not store identifiable patient health information. Users are solely responsible for compliance with applicable healthcare data regulations.
Team training features allow collaboration among authorized team members. You are responsible for the content you share during team sessions. Training session recordings and notes are accessible only to authorized team members per your organization's access settings.
Organization administrators are responsible for managing their members, permissions, and content within their organization. Organization data (rosters, operations logs, zones, channels) is shared among authorized members per the organization's role-based access settings. Organization administrators may request deletion of organization data. Individual members may request removal of their personal data from an organization.
Developer API keys are personal to your account and may not be shared. We may revoke API keys that are used in violation of these Terms or that generate excessive load on the Service. API access to simulation and clinical data endpoints is subject to rate limits and usage policies.
PreOp Pro is designed to comply with HIPAA, FERPA (for educational institutions), and applicable healthcare data regulations. The Service is not classified as a medical device under FDA regulations. Paid subscriptions provide access to advanced simulation features, expanded clinical data, and team collaboration tools.
The Service, including its simulation algorithms, AI models, user interface designs, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of PreOp Pro. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service or its components without written permission. User-generated content (simulation configurations, clinical notes, training materials) remains the property of the user.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, including but not limited to: misuse of clinical data, impersonation, unauthorized access, or excessive API usage. Upon account termination, your simulation data, team memberships, and associated records will be deactivated. You may request an export of your data before termination.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email, in-app notice, or dashboard notification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Specifically:
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you to PreOp Pro in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which PreOp Pro operates.
