How do I get started?
Create an account with your email, then sign in to access the simulation engine. You can run surgical simulations, review clinical data, and collaborate with your team from the dashboard.
What types of simulations are available?
PreOp Pro supports multi-agent hospital and surgical simulations with real-time physiological modeling. Simulation scenarios cover a wide range of surgical specialties and clinical situations.
How accurate is the clinical data?
All complication rates and clinical parameters are sourced from NSQIP and published peer-reviewed literature. See our documentation for citations and methodology.
Where are subscriptions and billing?
Subscription and payment options are available from the dashboard and pricing page. Billing is handled securely; we do not store your full card details.
How do I delete my account or export my data?
You can request data export or account deletion from the dashboard or by contacting us. We process requests in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law (e.g. GDPR).
When will I get a response?
We aim to respond to support requests within 24-48 hours. For urgent issues, choose "High" or "Urgent" priority when submitting the form, or email us directly at support@preopro.app.
